Custom Products are Made to your design, so if no quality issues, cannot be returned once the order has been placed, however if you do have another issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Ready To Ship Products

Ready To Ship Products can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 business day of placing the order. After this time, returns and cancellations are not permitted.

Return

Unused products may be returned within 30 days. Customer pays for shipping back to WANG’S and the item must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
